slow cooker beef stroganoff!

a friend of mine made beef stroganoff in a crock pot.. i didnt have a chance to ask for the recipe, but i found this one online... i made it tonight and it was pretty good!

slow cooker beef stroganoff
2 pounds beef stew meat
1 cup chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) cream of onion soup
6 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
8 oz sour cream
6 cups egg noodles

mix beef, onion, mushroom soup, onion soup, mushrooms and pepper in slow cooker

cook on low for 8 to 10 hours on low

stir in cream cheese until melted

stir in sour cream

serve over noodles
