peanut butter ice cream!

a friend has requested me to make peanut butter ice cream since i started making ice cream.. but i just shrugged it off.. as i was browsing through cristines ice cream recipes, i noticed she had a peanut butter ice cream recipe that looked pretty simple.. so, i told him id make him a batch for his birthday... he also requested that i put some chocolate in it.. so i did magic bullet some chocolate chips and drop them in the last 5 mins the ice cream was in the machine!
Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Recipe from Kitchen Chick

1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup whole milk
1 - 1/3 cups heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine the peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Add the milk. Blend on low speed until smooth and the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the heavy cream and the vanilla.

Place in your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
