corn cake recipe!

i love this stuff at restaurants.. and from different friends that have made variations.. so i jumped at the chance to make it when my cousin posted the recipe on his fb!  

1 can of creamed corn
1 can of whole corn (drained)
1 stick of butter, melted in the microwave
1 cup of sour cream
1 box of Jiffy Corn Bread mix
Some grated cheddar cheese (mild to sharp - your choice)
Optional - one small can of diced green chilis

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Mix everything in a bowl. Pour into a baking pan of your choice
Bake for 45 minutes

Once it's done, you can top it with the cheese and let it melt. Serves 4-8 depending on how hungry they are. I usually make a double sized portion.
