Domino Cookies

I am always up for trying a new cookie recipe.  These looked delish!

They were quite buttery/greasy, but good.  I didn't have dark cocoa powder, so my cookies didn't come out as dark...

ingredients
1/4 cup butter, slightly softened2 cups sugar2 eggs2 tsp vanilla2 cups flour3/4 cup Dutch Process cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt12 oz white chocolate, cut roughly into chunks
directions
Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
In the bowl of your mixer, cream butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy and light in color. Add eggs one at time, beating after each. Add vanilla.
With the mixer set on low speed, slowly add flour mixture until mixed in completely. Fold in white chocolate chunks.
Scoop with a large cookie scoop onto baking sheets, about 3 inches apart. Bake at 350 for about 9 minutes, or until edges are just set.
Let cool on cookie sheet before moving to cooling rack.
