yum. i always love a good chocolate ice cream.. however, i havent really seen many.. so i pieced a couple recipes together.. and this turned out GOOOOOOD! yum :) good chocolate flavor. and soft serve ish consistency.. perhaps it will have a good ice cream texture after being in the freezer for a lil!!
my chocolate ice cream recipe! :)
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup half and half
1/2 cup sugar
1/6 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of vanilla
mix all together and place in ice cream machine for 25-30 mins!
