3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
3 cups sugar
1 bag (12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 cup marshmallow creme
1/2 tsp vanilla
bring sugar, milk and butter in a large sauce pan to a boil.
stir for 5 minutes continuously until it comes to soft ball stage.
remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla.
stir until well mixed.
pour into greased 9x13x2 pan.
cool.
makes 3 pounds.
