parmesan garlic monkey bread!

It was my friend and my turn to make refreshments at church.  We decided to make a sweet and a savory monkey bread.  I had seen a few recipes online, and it was simple enough!

I feel like this should have been served with a marinara sauce.  It was pretty good by itself though!

parmesan garlic monkey bread
adapted from pillsbury.com

4 cans jumbo refrigerated biscuits
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp italian seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 stick butter, melted

1. mix the dry ingredients in a gallon sized bag
2. cut the biscuits into quarters.  place in bag 2-3 biscuits at a time and shake to coat.  place coated biscuits in a greased tube/bundt pan.  repeat until all biscuits have been cut, coated, and placed in pan.
3.  melt butter and pour on top. (i added a little more garlic powder and a little bit of olive oil)
4. bake for 35 mins @ 350 degrees.  (mine still had some biscuits that were not cooked through.  perhaps it could be cooked longer, but watch the top because it might get too dark)
