I've used this to make a healthier whipped cream! It works well and tastes great!
coconut whipped cream
from oh she glows
1 can of full fat coconut milk
sugar
vanilla extract
refrigerate can of coconut milk overnight.
turn can upside down to open.
open the can. pour out the liquid part out. (many people say you can save this for smoothies?)
pour coconut cream into a bowl. use electric mixer to whip until fluffy.
add 2-3 tsp of sugar
add 1/4-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
