yum. this is my first made up recipe :) i did get the idea from one of my moms dishes though... my mom used to make this with ground beef and in a pan on the stove.... i had no idea how to do that.. so i tweeked it... its like a trifle. haha

green chili chicken enchilada casserole recipe
1 pound shredded chicken (i use the rotisserie chicken)
1 large can of green chili enchilada sauce
1 pound shredded cheese
flour tortillas
1. preheat oven at 350F
2. line 9x13 pan with tortillas and put a layer of shredded chicken, cheese, and sauce.
3. repeat until there are 3 layers of chicken, cheese and sauce.
4. finish with layer of tortilla sauce and cheese.
5. place in oven for about 10-15 minutes to melt cheese.
